Who is this Grand Dad?
My name is Mark Neighbor. My family and I have been in the business for years as full time Real Estate Problem Solvers helping to put Buyers and Sellers together. Our Family Business A O Home Solutions has been serving the Metro Atlanta area since 2002. We buy a lot of houses in Georgia. This is my Stimulus package to help the economy. (I like helping people and families find good safe places to live.). My motivation hasn't changed but the way we help people and families has changed because many owners in our current economy feel trapped. Many home owners can not sell their homes and many new families can’t find a home loan or financing. We buy houses and take the stress off the home owner and then we help individuals and families needing houses to buy them from us or you.
Many buyers feel they are lost and can not find away to fulfill the dream of home ownership. I know what it is like on both accounts. Once, I could not find a house for my wife and children. I have also felt the pressure of trying to sell a home when the value has dropped and there were no buyers for months. Then my wife (same one I started with 27 years ago) and I decided to help others who had a situation where they felt trapped. We helped one family, then two, then more, and finally when I retired from my full time job we decided we had to help others fulfill their individual needs. Long time residents of Georgia, we believe this is the best place to live, grow old, and raise a family.

I am the father of two and the grand dad who can’t get enough of the kids and the Grand Kid. I also love to buy houses. I like buying and selling houses. I guess that makes me an investor in the Georgia economy and housing market.
For years I have invested in various markets, but nothing gives me the satisfaction the way helping people get rid of a problem or seeing the smiling faces on those who now have their ideal Georgia Home Dream come true. Lately, I have had the desire to help as many through this tough economy with as little pain as possible. “My better half” and I have bought properties in all types of conditions, from “fixer uppers” to new builder foreclosures. We are not high pressure; I don’t like a lot of slick talk or paperwork. We will make you the best offer or offers we can to buy your house today. What will I invest in?
I am primarily interested in single family homes in the Metro Atlanta area. I will buy pretty homes, or fixer-uppers. Normally I will complete repairs, cosmetic or otherwise, and remarket the property within six months to a year. I structure my deals so that I can expect a reasonable profit.
If you want top dollar for your property and are willing to put up with the hassle, the new regulations, and uncertainty of traditional marketing, waiting for months, cutting the grass and paying the ever increasing electric bill, then I am probably not your answer.
